Since launching in 2019, Umbrella Company UK has prioritised attaining FCSA accreditation – to showcase our dedication to compliance within the contractor payroll industry. From the beginning, we have intended to provide a modern and compliant umbrella payroll services to the UK’s temporary workforce. After careful consideration, we identified FCSA accreditation as the best way to display this to our partners and clients.
We are delighted to announce that we have now achieved the coveted ‘gold standard’ accreditation by the FCSA.
As an FCSA accredited payroll provider, Umbrella Company UK has been able to demonstrate our commitment to compliance with HMRC and have proven we adhere to the “highest industry standards”.
FCSA accreditation is unique and unlike other standards set by professional bodies within the UK. As part of the application process, Umbrella Company UK successfully underwent an extensive audit that proved we operate in line with the FCSA’s strict Codes of Compliance.
After we passed our first audit, the information collated would have been shared with HMRC. This level of transparency is a strict criterion of FCSA accreditation and is something we’re delighted to support. Like all FCSA accredited members, we are now required to undergo annual audits to ensure our internal processes remain compliant.
